Why should I use mobile advertising?

BillBoards Will Travel is a great medium to increase your company’s REACH and IMPACT. Mobile billboards are very unique and highly affordable, compared to other forms of advertising. The buying customer is also very mobile. You must go out and put your company’s message in front of them.

For what functions should mobile billboards be used?

They can be used for numerous reasons such as: creating a company image, branding a corporate name or product, grand openings, new product launches, event advertising, recruitment advertising, convention advertising, trade shows, secondary media to an already established campaign, etc.

Why can’t I utilize my own company van to do mobile advertising?

You can, BUT you will not be as effective as BillBoards Will Travel. Almost all companies have vehicles, but how many of those company vehicles are as large, have high-resolution graphics, are illuminated at night and are actually out on the road for 10 hours per day. Our drivers are professionals. This is what we do. Our job is to drive to your target market and reach out to your prospective customers. We do not use these vehicles as mode of transportation. They are used as tools to help you - help your business.

Can I use BillBoards Will Travel as a stationary billboard?

A mobile billboard is a great way to give outdoor exposure to that one day or weekend long event. Provide the location point and we are sure that your attendees will take notice of your message.

What is the production lead-time for the vinyl billboards?

Once we receive your artwork a proof is usually available within two days. Once it is signed-off on by you, it typically takes two weeks to receive your vinyl billboards. Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated.

How quickly can a billboard truck get out on the road?

If we already have your vinyl billboards produced, we can typically get them on a truck and ready to go in less than one hour.

Can we utilize two trucks for our advertising campaign?

Vehicles should be booked in advance, but yes, you can have access to as many vehicles in our fleet as needed.

What are the dimensions of the mobile billboard’s advertising space?

The actual dimensions for the advertising space are 10’5”high X 22’8”wide. This dimension is the same for each side of the vehicle.

Can we use one of our own vinyl billboards on a mobile BillBoard truck?

Not typically, We have special installation requirements and the vinyl's must be made to those specifications in order for the vinyl to fit properly on the truck.

Can we have different artwork produced for either side of the truck?

Yes, Numerous companies place different messages on opposite sides of the vehicle.

Can we change our vinyl graphics at any time during our campaign?

As long as we have ample time to produce your new vinyl billboards, we can change them for you at virtually any time. Some companies do this when their message or logo changes in the middle of a campaign.

Will the production charges of the billboards vary depending upon the graphical images that we want to create?

Not typically. Production charges remain the same for the most part no matter how elaborate the graphic image.

Is there advertising space on the back of the truck?

There is no advertising space on the back of the truck, since the back of the truck is only about four feet wide.

What happens to the vinyl billboards when we are finished with our campaign?

BillBoards Will Travel will hold and store you vinyl billboards at no charge. We hope that you will use them again for a future campaign.

Can the truck run on roads with its advertising floodlights on?

We travel highways and side roads with our billboard flood lights on so that your message will be seen even when the sun goes down.

What about towns/cities with anti-billboard laws?

We do not recommend that you utilize our mobile billboard trucks for a stationary board in such places, however we do recommend that you utilize the mobile capability of our billboard trucks through these areas.

What is G.P.S.? G.P.S. stands for Global Positioning System.

When our trucks are out on the road a satellite system is taking a picture of the location of the truck every few minutes. The data is then recorded inside the truck and is later downloaded to show our customers the exact route of the truck. Please, let us know prior to the campaign if you wish to utilize this feature.
